Thank you for shopping with SwiftGlamour. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect when placing your order.
WHO WE ARE
SwiftGlamour (IĮ Swift Glam Incorporated) is a professional beauty supplier based in Vilnius, Lithuania, shipping worldwide through our international warehouse network and courier partners.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your order has been accepted. A second email containing your tracking number will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. SwiftGlamour is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
We ship via the following courier partners depending on your location and order size:
DHL Express — Primary carrier for most international destinations FedEx — Primary carrier for USA, Canada and select international destinations Chronopost — Used for Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal and select EU destinations, particularly for larger and high-value orders
All orders ship from our fulfillment warehouse network. Products are dispatched from South Korea via our warehouse and courier partners.
Please note that Chronopost tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the tracking system after dispatch.

The following delivery times are estimates after dispatch and are not guaranteed unless the Special Logistics option is selected. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, flight schedules and factors outside our control.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order details. The exact shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
For Spain, Portugal and Italy, two shipping options are available at checkout:
— Standard Shipping: calculated at checkout via DHL/Chronopost — Special Logistics – Chronopost Priority: flat rate of €120
SPECIAL LOGISTICS — CHRONOPOST PRIORITY (Italy, Spain & Portugal)
For orders shipping to Italy, Spain, and Portugal, we offer a premium Special Logistics option via Chronopost Priority at a flat rate of €120.
This service includes:
- Guaranteed delivery
- Zero import tax liability for the customer
- Free reshipment in the event of any delivery failure
- Priority handling — recommended for high-value orders or sensitive professional products
Standard shipping vs. Special Logistics — what you need to know:
Standard shipping to these destinations is available but does not carry a delivery guarantee and may be subject to local customs processing and import fees that are the responsibility of the customer. Delays, holds, or failed delivery attempts are possible and will not qualify for automatic reshipment.
Special Logistics eliminates these risks. For professional-grade or high-value orders, we strongly recommend selecting Special Logistics at checkout.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery on the carrier's website:
DHL tracking: dhl.com FedEx tracking: fedex.com Chronopost tracking: chronopost.fr
Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's system to update with your shipment details.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
SwiftGlamour ships internationally and your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes and import fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are entirely the responsibility of the customer. SwiftGlamour has no control over customs fees and cannot predict or cover these costs.
Customers who select Special Logistics for Italy, Spain and Portugal are covered — import tax liability is absorbed under the Special Logistics service terms.
If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees on standard shipping, SwiftGlamour is not responsible for the cost of return shipping and any original shipping fees will not be refunded.
We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order, particularly for professional cosmetic and aesthetic products.
PROFESSIONAL USE — IMPORT COMPLIANCE
All products sold by SwiftGlamour are intended for licensed professionals only. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally permitted to purchase and import these products in your country or jurisdiction. SwiftGlamour is not responsible for any orders seized or delayed by customs due to import restrictions in your country.
LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please take the following steps:
- Check your tracking number for the latest update
- Allow an additional 3–5 business days as delays can occur during peak periods or due to customs
- Contact your local post office or customs office with your tracking number
- If your package is still missing, contact us at incswift0@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +370 660 28084 and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf
Customers who selected Special Logistics: if your shipment has not arrived within the stated window, contact us immediately. We will initiate a free reshipment after carrier investigation is complete.
SwiftGlamour is not responsible for delays on standard shipments caused by customs processing, carrier delays, natural disasters or any event outside our control.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged or if items are missing from your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery at incswift0@gmail.com with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photo or video of the damaged item
- For missing items — an unboxing video is required as evidence
We will review your claim and provide a resolution within 5–7 business days.
